Residential Drainage – Brisbane
This rural new house project required 150 meters of sewer, storm water, potable water, communications and 3 phase electrical in a common trench. The trench was nominally 1m deep and shelved at about 50cm depth. The electrical and sewer lines were run at the full depth of 1m, with storm water and potable water and communications located on the trench shelf at half-depth. The 100mm PVC sewer line was connected into the local utility’s concrete mains infrastructure at the front of the property.

- All services laid, ready for inspection and back-fill.
- Services laid with electrical warning tape.

- Connection to Council mains and drainage riser.
